Content Developer – STEM, AI & Emerging Technologies

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Content Developer to curate and create engaging, age-appropriate learning content for school-based projects. The role focuses on STEM, Generative AI, AI fundamentals, computational thinking, and emerging technologies. The candidate will use GenAI tools confidently and effectively to research, curate, develop, and improve learning resources for students and teachers, while working with project teams and subject experts.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop curriculum-aligned STEM, AI, and new-age technology content for school students across grades, simplifying complex concepts through practical examples and real-world applications.
- Use Generative AI tools effectively to research, curate, create, adapt, and quality-check content; verify AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, age appropriateness, bias, and responsible use.
- Create learning modules, lesson plans, worksheets, activity sheets, quizzes, STEM challenges, projects, presentations, and digital/multimedia resources.
- Develop teacher training materials, facilitator guides, classroom implementation resources, and assessments that support inquiry-based, experiential, activity-based, and project-based learning.
- Map content to curriculum, learning outcomes,



and project objectives; incorporate feedback from teachers, trainers, and stakeholders and maintain consistency across resources.
- Coordinate with project teams, subject matter experts, and trainers to plan content deliverables, track timelines, manage reviews, and support smooth project implementation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science,

Education, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in educational content development, STEM/AI education, instructional design, or school projects. B.Ed., instructional design, or educational technology qualification is an advantage.

Required Skills

- Very good working knowledge of Generative AI tools and their practical use for content research, curation, creation, adaptation, and productivity.
- Solid understanding of STEM, foundational AI concepts, computational thinking, and emerging technologies; willingness to keep up with new developments.
- Excellent writing, research, instructional design, and curriculum-mapping skills; ability to make technical concepts accessible to school students.
- Experience with experiential and project-based learning; proficiency in MS Office/PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and digital content tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines.
