We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious Consumer Insights Intern to join our core brand team and help us better understand our customers, their preferences and buying behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with customers through calls, video interactions and occasional in-person visits.
- Understand customer buying behaviour, preferences, purchase decisions and experiences.
- Conduct customer surveys and interviews to gather meaningful feedback.
- Identify consumer trends and translate findings into transparent, actionable insights.
- Prepare concise reports and document key learnings from customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the core brand team to support product, marketing and growth initiatives.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers, graduates and postgraduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
- Strong listening skills, curiosity and an interest in understanding consumer behaviour.




- Comfortable interacting with customers and undertaking occasional field visits.
- Interest in FMCG, food, health, marketing or consumer research.

Educational background in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology or Research will be an added advantage.
