JOB TITLE: Consultant Dermatologist

DEPARTMENT: Dermatology

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant Dermatologist to diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered dermatological care, performing clinical and aesthetic procedures, and contributing to the growth of the dermatology department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Diagnose and manage dermatological conditions including infections, inflammatory disorders, autoimmune diseases, and skin cancers

- Perform dermatological procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, electrocautery, and minor surgical excisions

- Conduct aesthetic procedures including chemical peels, laser treatments, PRP, botox, and fillers (if applicable)

- Manage chronic dermatological conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, and vitiligo

- Provide patient education on skin care, disease prevention, and treatment compliance





- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

- Collaborate with other specialties for multidisciplinary care

- Participate in hospital quality initiatives, audits, and clinical meetings

- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and ethical medical practices

QUALIFICATIONS

- MBBS with MD/DNB in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy

- Valid Medical Council Registration (NMC/State Medical Council)

- Robust diagnostic and clinical skills in dermatology

- Proficiency in dermatological and aesthetic procedures

- Excellent patient communication and counseling skills

- Attention to detail and ethical practice

- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

- Good documentation and clinical decision-making skills
