Role Summary

We are looking for a technically strong Electrical Engineer to bridge the gap between our engineering solutions and external industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate will actively travel to consultant offices and project sites, lead high-level technical discussions, get NAAC Energy Controls products approved in tender specifications, and build lasting relationships with electrical consultants and EPC contractors to drive recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Consultant Engagement & Specification Approval:

- Regularly visit electrical consultants, architects, EPC companies, and project offices to build strong professional relationships.
- Drive product approvals and ensure technical inclusion of our solutions in consultant tender specifications and BOQs.

Technical Presentations & Advisory:
- Conduct in-depth technical discussions and presentations covering LT/HT electrical panels, power quality solutions, APFC panels, harmonic filters, Energy Management Systems (EMS), and IIoT-based solutions.
- Assist consultants in selecting optimal electrical architectures for their projects.

Documentation & Tender Analysis:
- Analyze consultant specifications, BOQs, tender documents, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs). Prepare and submit accurate technical submittals, datasheets, drawings, and compliance documents.

Lead Generation & Market Intelligence:
- Identify upcoming electrical projects through consultant and contractor networks to generate early-stage leads.
- Maintain a structured database of consultants, active projects,



and approval statuses while gathering market feedback on competitor offerings.

Internal Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Design, Estimation, Production, and Project teams to align technical requirements and support customer meetings.

Qualifications & Skill Set Education: Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 25 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry, specifically dealing with electrical panels, power quality, energy management, or turnkey electrical projects.

Prior experience securing approvals from electrical consultants, EPCs, and end-clients is highly preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Electrical Engineering fundamentals, LT/HT systems, SLDs, BOQs, and technical compliance standards.

Software & Tools: Working knowledge of AutoCAD (for viewing/marking SLDs and GA drawings), MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint for BOQs and presentations), and CRM tools.

Communication & Mobility: Fluency in English and Hindi with excellent presentation skills to lead technical meetings independently.

Must be willing to travel regularly for consultant and site visits and possess a valid driving licence with a personal two-wheeler/four-wheeler for local field visits (fuel and travel allowances provided as per company policy).
