We are currently seeking, a energetic and highly organized Construction & Interior Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction & Interior Supervisor to oversee building extension, civil construction, interior work and routine maintenance activities at our existing Andheri East property (Ground 8 Floors). The candidate will be responsible for supervising contractors, monitoring work progress, maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise building extension, renovation, civil construction and interior execution work.
- Oversee masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, partitioning, false ceiling, carpentry, electrical and plumbing activities.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and labour teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.




- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor daily work progress, manpower and material requirements.
- Handle routine building maintenance, repairs and tenant-related complaints, including civil, plumbing, electrical and leakage issues.
- Verify site measurements, material quality, contractor bills and vendor quotations.
- Monitor project expenses, control material wastage and ensure work is completed within the approved budget.
- Ensure timely completion of construction, interior and maintenance activities.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness and discipline, and submit regular progress reports to management.
- Responsible for identifying site issues, initiating solutions, setting specifications and quality standards, obtaining and negotiating vendor quotations, supervising work execution, conducting final inspections, and coordinating vendor payments.
