Construction Site Supervisor

We’re hiring a Construction Site Supervisor to manage daily work on residential construction sites in the Pune area. You’ll coordinate workers and subcontractors, check workmanship, and report progress and site issues to the Site Engineer.

Responsibilities

- Assign daily tasks to workers and subcontractors and follow up on completion.
- Supervise civil works such as shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, brickwork, and plastering as directed by the Site Engineer.
- Check workmanship against approved drawings and site instructions. Flag discrepancies and follow up on corrections.
- Track labour attendance, material deliveries, and shortages. Maintain daily progress updates and site photos.
- Monitor PPE use, safe working practices, and site housekeeping.



Report hazards and delays promptly.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience supervising civil construction work and coordinating workers or subcontractors.
- Practical knowledge of common construction activities and the ability to follow site drawings and work instructions.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in the Pune area.
- Experience on villas, bungalows, or other residential building projects is preferred. A diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant trade qualification is an advantage.
