Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections at construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.

- Identify defects, anomalies, and deviations from plans and report them to relevant stakeholders.

- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.

- Develop and maintain quality control procedures for real estate projects.

- Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in QA/QC engineering or related field (construction site quality engineer).

- Robust understanding of construction quality control processes and methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
