Global experience is mandatory.
Candidates should have 7-10 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Compensation & Benefits, working in roles such as Compensation & Benefits Analyst, Rewards Analyst, HR Analytics Analyst, or Financial Analyst within a global workplace.
Candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry will be given robust preference.
Key Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and Dashboard Creation.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
