Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the company.

- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.

- Allocate duties and responsibilities to employees and ensure proper execution.

- Ensure that company operations run smoothly and efficiently.

- Monitor stock, inventory, materials, and other company assets.

- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other business associates whenever required.

- Maintain daily reports, operational records, and documentation.

- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the workplace.

- Identify operational issues and report them to the management.

- Ensure that employees follow company policies, procedures, and instructions.

- Assist management in achieving business targets and improving productivity.

- Handle customer complaints and operational matters professionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
