We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Communication & Soft Skills Trainers to join our training team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong command of English, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students to improve their communication abilities and professional skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct communication skills and soft skills training sessions for college students.
- Improve students' spoken English, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
- Train students in presentation skills, public speaking, and interpersonal communication.
- Conduct group discussions, mock interviews, role plays, and interactive activities.
- Develop students' confidence, leadership, teamwork, and professional etiquette.
- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and practice activities.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create an engaging and interactive learning environment.

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Solid knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to conduct interactive training sessions.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.

Eligibility

- Freshers with excellent English communication skills and an interest in teaching can apply.
- Experienced candidates with relevant teaching or training experience are welcome.
- Candidates with a degree in English, Communication, or any relevant discipline are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Confident and enthusiastic in delivering training sessions.
- Ability to motivate and engage students.
- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a college training environment.
