WE ARE HIRING – COLLECTION TEAM LEADER ? Location: Guwahati, Assam Position: Collection Team Leader Joining: Immediate – On or before 9th Key Responsibilities Handle and manage a team of telecallers. Monitor daily collection targets and team performance. Handle NPA (Non-Performing Asset) cases. Ensure timely follow-ups and recovery of overdue accounts. Drive collection productivity and achieve assigned targets. Provide regular performance reports to management.
Preferred Candidate: Experienced in team handling, telecalling collections, and NPA case management.
