Job Summary Freshers / Experienced Candidates We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage customer follow-ups and ensure timely repayment of outstanding loan amounts. The role involves handling customers through calls, maintaining proper follow-up records, and achieving assigned collection targets.

Key Responsibilities • Contact customers through phone calls regarding pending/outstanding payments.

- Follow up with customers on PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments and ensure timely payment.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, and collections.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate payment-related information.
- Follow the company’s collection process, policies, and communication guidelines.
- Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the Team Leader/Reporting Manager.
- Ensure professional and respectful communication with customers at all times.
- Submit daily collection and follow-up reports as required.

- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

- Knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, English, or other regional languages will be an advantage.

Working Conditions • No field visits required.

- Work is primarily office-based and through calling/online communication.
- Working schedule as per company policy.
