Position: Collection Manager

Company: SMFG India Credit Co. Ltd.

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

CTC: ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,00,000 Per Annum (2.5 – 3 LPA)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage loan collection activities and ensure timely payments.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
- Handle collection targets and achieve monthly recovery goals.
- Visit customers when required for payment follow-ups.
- Maintain good customer relationships while handling collections.
- Resolve customer queries related to pending payments.
- Maintain daily collection reports and update payment records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve collection performance.

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of loan collection processes.
- Ability to achieve collection targets.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or related banking/NBFC operations.
- Graduation preferred.
- Willingness to travel for field collection activities, if required.
