Urgent Hiring for Tele Collection Executives - Oolka, Marathahalli Bengaluru

We are looking for experienced Tele Collection Executives to join our team at Oolka, Marathahalli, Bengaluru.

Job Details:

- Work from Office (HSR Layout)

Salary: ₹20k - ₹25k high incentives (If DRA Certificate 30 salary will offer)*

- HSC (12th Pass) with min 6 months Telecaller experience
- Good communication skills required

Language: English, Hindi mandatory

Responsibilities:

- Handle collection & recovery calls
- Follow up with customers
- Maintain records & achieve targets

Main Work - Inbound Outbound Calls & Chats

- Attend calls / chats from customers who have overdue loan accounts
- Help users clear their overdue accounts
- Explain their loan dues, credit score impact, and settlement options
- Help with account creation, subscription issues
- Address customer inquiries related to





*credit score management, document verification

- Escalate for NOC (No Objection Certificate) document to the lenders after payment is cleared

2. Collection Part:

- Follow up with customers for pending payment
- Convince them to pay / settle overdue amount
- Give them payment link / process
- Maintain PTP (Promise to Pay) and update in CRM

3. Documentation Work:

- Collect and verify customer documents
- Update customer details in system / CRM
- Maintain proper follow-up records
