Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Collaboration Engineer with strong expertise in designing, implementing, configuring and troubleshooting enterprise collaboration and unified communication solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in video conferencing, voice collaboration, meeting room solutions and enterprise communication platforms.

Location: Mumbai - Experience: 6-16 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, configure and support enterprise collaboration and unified communication solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Experience in implementing and managing Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection, SIP, VoIP and IP telephony solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot video conferencing endpoints, meeting room systems and collaboration devices.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex Rooms, Poly and Logitech collaboration solutions.
- Manage voice gateways, session border controllers (SBC), call managers and conferencing infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot voice, video, audio and network-related collaboration issues.
- Integrate collaboration platforms with enterprise IT and network infrastructure.
- Conduct solution deployment, migrations, upgrades,



preventive maintenance and technical support.
- Work closely with project managers, OEMs and customers for successful project delivery.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans and troubleshooting reports.

Required Technical Skills

- Cisco Unified Communications - CUCM, CUC, CUBE and CME.
- Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms and Microsoft 365 collaboration.
- Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Meetings and Webex Devices.
- Zoom Rooms and enterprise video conferencing solutions.
- SIP, VoIP, RTP, SBC, SIP Trunking and IP Telephony.
- Poly, Yealink, Logitech and Cisco collaboration endpoints.
- Voice gateways, call routing, dial plans and conferencing solutions.
- Basic networking knowledge - TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, routing and switching.

Candidate Profile

- 6-16 years of experience in enterprise collaboration and unified communication technologies.
- Solid hands-on experience in implementation, deployment, integration and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with IT System Integrators and handling enterprise customer environments.
- Good exposure to OEM technologies and customer-facing project execution.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant OEM certifications such as Cisco CCNP Collaboration, Microsoft Teams or equivalent will be preferred.
