About the Segment

The Finance Operations department ensures robust operational accounting, disciplined working capital management, timely billing, tax compliance,



and seamless end-to-end financial close processes across global regions.

The Role

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive is responsible for independently managing the end-to-end accounts receivable workflow. This role owns client invoicing, ledger accounting, payment reconciliations, collections follow-up, and month-end revenue accruals. Working closely with client servicing and operations teams, the AR Executive maintains clear financial records, ensures statutory compliance (GST and TDS), and drives timely cash inflow.

What You'll Own

- Invoicing & Billing: Own end-to-end client invoicing, ensuring accurate billing, appropriate GST/TDS treatment, and timely dispatch.

- Collections Management: Manage proactive client collection follow-ups to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate AR aging ledger reports.

- Revenue Accounting: Manage client accounting entries, cash application, and month-end revenue accruals in accounting systems.

What You'll Do

- Billing Execution: Issue client invoices accurately based on approved campaign metrics and insertion orders.

- Accounting Operations: Perform daily AR accounting and posting in SAP Business One (SAP-B1) and Tally.

- Client Collections: Coordinate directly with clients and media teams to track outstanding balances and secure timely payments.

- Cross-Functional Alignment:



Work closely with client servicing and operations teams to resolve billing disputes, missing documentation, or payment discrepancies.

- Taxation Compliance: Verify basic Goods and Services Tax (GST) details and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) deductions on client payments.

- Month-End Close: Prepare month-end AR reconciliations, record revenue accruals, and support timely financial book closure.

What We're Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of practical experience independently managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process.

- Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in SAP Business One (SAP-B1) and Tally, alongside working experience with the GST Portal.

- Taxation Knowledge: Practical knowledge of GST and TDS applicability on service invoicing and receipts.

- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients for payment collection and follow-ups.

- Work Ethic: High level of accuracy, timeliness, attention to detail, and ability to work independently without close supervision.

- Notice Period: Candidates who can join within 30 days or less.
