Visa Consultant – Global Visa Services

We are looking for a Visa Consultant to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should have good communication and sales skills, with an interest in global visa services and the ability to understand customer requirements and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell global visa services.
- Handle visa-related enquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Provide suitable visa solutions based on destination and travel purpose.
- Build and maintain valuable customer relationships.
- Stay updated on global visa requirements, processes, and changes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.




- Basic knowledge of global visa processes and documentation.
- Knowledge of international holiday packages and flight ticketing.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and travel-agent coordination is an added advantage.
- Languages preferred: Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
