Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with experience in commercial interiors, office spaces, and coworking environments. The ideal candidate should have strong 3D modelling, rendering, lighting, and texturing skills, along with the ability to transform design concepts into realistic and high-quality visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D models, rendered layouts, and photorealistic visualizations for coworking spaces and commercial interior projects.
- Develop 3D concepts for reception areas, cabins, workstations, meeting rooms, lounges, cafeterias, and common areas.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical, visually appealing, and functional interior design concepts.
- Prepare realistic renders with expertise in lighting, materials, textures, furniture, and finishes.
- Coordinate with the Design Manager to develop and refine 3D concepts in line with project requirements.
- Incorporate design changes based on client feedback, management inputs, and project specifications.
- Ensure consistency in design quality, visualization standards, and presentation deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.




- Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization techniques, rendering tools, materials, and interior design trends.

Required Software Skills

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office

Additional Advantage: Experience with Lumion, Enscape, or D5 Render.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors, office interiors, coworking spaces, or workspace design.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, textures, finishes, and lighting techniques.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling of furniture, lighting fixtures, and interior elements.
- Strong knowledge of rendering techniques and photorealistic visualization.
- Excellent visualisation, creativity, and presentation skills.
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to understand spatial planning and design aesthetics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
