Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for an Accounts Administrator at Nilaum Healthcare located in Shahapur, Asangaon. The Account Administrator will be responsible for accounting, records maintenance, account reconciliation, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Day-to-Day Tasks

Generating - Quotations/Invoices/Purchase Orders/Ledgers

Maintaining company's Stock Records, Financial Records, Dispatch Records, Inventory Records etc





Email communication with Vendors, Customers, CA & Bank

Maintaining excellent relationships with all external associates

Creating batch-wise financial reports

Financial planning for future batches

Generating logistic documents for Export Shipments

Required Qualification & Skills

Bachelors/Masters Degree in Commerce/Finance

Clear understanding of financial accounting

Fluent at computer operations and basic softwares

Excellent communication skill & english fluency for written communication

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
