Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment coordination process. The candidate will be responsible for conducting initial telephonic interviews, coordinating with recruitment consultancies, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, salary expectations, and interest in the role.
- Consultancy Coordination: Coordinate with recruitment consultancies for candidate sourcing, profile follow-ups, and regular recruitment updates.
- Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate with candidates to ensure smooth interview arrangements.
- Candidate Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback,



selection status, and joining updates.
- Recruitment Coordination: Share suitable candidate profiles with the concerned hiring managers and ensure timely feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to conduct effective telephonic interviews.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and interview schedules simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal skills and a result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
