We are seeking a energetic and results-driven HR Executive to join our human resources team on-site. In this role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day employee lifecycle, balancing comprehensive talent acquisition with core HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, coordinate smooth candidate onboarding, and maintain precise employee records. . This role requires an agile professional who can effectively manage employee relations, resolve operational grievances on the floor, and maintain updated HR MIS reports to foster a productive and compliant workplace environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
