About the Role

myG is looking for a Cluster Manager – Consumer Finance to drive consumer finance growth across a cluster of territories. You will lead Territory Managers, manage relationships with banks and NBFCs, and make sure finance options convert into sales across myG stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve cluster targets for finance volume, revenue and profitability
- Lead, coach and review the performance of Territory Managers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs and fintech partners
- Improve loan approval rates, processing turnaround time and documentation quality
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards, and present business reviews to management
- Train store and territory teams on products, schemes and processes
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other teams to boost finance penetration
- Ensure compliance with company policy, lender guidelines and RBI regulations, and run periodic audits

Requirements





- Graduate in any discipline (MBA or postgraduate degree is an added advantage)
- 8–15 years of experience in consumer finance, banking, retail finance, NBFC, fintech or financial services
- Minimum 2 years in a team leadership role managing field teams
- Proven track record in business growth and financier relationship management
- Robust proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Knowledge of CRM or loan origination systems is a plus

What You’ll Be Measured On

Target achievement, finance penetration, loan approval ratio, loan processing TAT, team productivity, financier service levels, and audit and compliance scores.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
