We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) to manage and supervise the installation, execution, testing and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment plants. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RO, UF, STP, ETP and WTP projects, along with knowledge of PLC systems and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of RO, UF, NF, MF, STP, ETP and water treatment plants.
- Manage electrical installations and PLC system integration at project sites.
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and quality requirements.
- Read and interpret electrical and engineering drawings.
- Prepare technical reports, site documentation and project progress updates.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to electrical systems and plant equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of relevant site engineering experience.




- Hands-on knowledge of PLC programming, integration and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of electrical systems and components used in water treatment plants.
- Knowledge of GI/PVC piping, fittings and installation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and electrical drawings.
- Solid problem-solving, communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Guwahati or Shillong.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry.
- Experience in installation and commissioning of RO, UF, STP, ETP and WTP plants.
- Knowledge of industrial safety protocols and project execution practices.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
