Key Responsibilities

SAP Cloud ALM Administration

Configure and administer SAP Cloud ALM tenants

Manage tenant setup monitoring configurations and user onboarding

Maintain business process repositories and project structures

Support Application Lifecycle Management activities across SAP landscapes

Change Deployment Management

Configure Change and Deployment Management processes in SAP Cloud ALM

Manage deployment cycles and release schedules

Track change requests and ensure governance compliance

Coordinate deployment activities across development test and production systems

Test Management

Design and execute test plans test cases and test cycles

Support manual and automated testing strategies

Monitor defect lifecycle and testing progress

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing UAT

Landscape Onboarding

Onboard SAP and nonSAP systems into Cloud ALM

Configure data collection frameworks and monitoring agents

Enable health monitoring and observability for managed systems

Ensure connectivity between Cloud ALM and managed landscapes

cTMS Transport Management

Configure Cloud Transport Management Service cTMS

Manage transport routes and deployment pipelines

Support transport orchestration across SAP BTP environments

Troubleshoot transportrelated issues and deployment failures

Security Roles

Configure role collections and authorizations in SAP Cloud ALM

Implement security best practices and access controls

Manage user provisioning and identity management

Coordinate with security and compliance teams

ServiceNow Integration

Integrate SAP Cloud ALM with ServiceNow

Enable incident problem and change synchronization

Design workflows between ITSM and SAP operations

Support APIbased integration troubleshooting

SAP Integration Suite

Monitor integrations through SAP Integration Suite

Configure interface monitoring and exception management

Support API management and integration scenarios

Analyze integration failures and recommend corrective actions

SAP BTP Knowledge

Understand SAP Business Technology Platform architecture and services





Support Cloud Foundry and BTP subaccount administration

Collaborate with SAP BTP development and integration teams

Manage BTP connectivity and transport processes

API Design Troubleshooting

Support REST OData and SOAP APIs

Troubleshoot API connectivity and authentication issues

Analyze logs and traces for integration errors

Collaborate with development teams for API enhancements

Solution Manager Migration

Assess SAP Solution Manager capabilities and existing processes

Plan and execute migration to SAP Cloud ALM

Migrate monitoring testing and change management processes

Develop migration strategies and transition roadmaps
