Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operations; deliver against SLAs, budgets, and targets.
- Build and run the operations structure and governance model.
- Standardize processes; lead Six Sigma projects to cut defects, rework, and turnaround time.
- Embed Agile ways of working across operational and cross-functional teams.
- Set KPIs and dashboards; run performance reviews with department heads.
- Manage risk, compliance, and business continuity.
- Control the operations budget and vendors.
Qualifications
- Post-Graduate preferred.
- 10-15 years in operations, including 3 to 5 in senior leadership.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
