Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Analyst with 5–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Financials. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining an existing Oracle EBS application, handling service incidents, enhancement requests, and business user queries.

The role requires robust functional expertise in Oracle Finance modules, implementation experience, requirement gathering, functional analysis, documentation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional support and maintenance for the existing Oracle EBS Finance application.
- Handle service incidents, troubleshoot issues, and resolve functional queries raised by business users.
- Analyse and implement enhancement requests based on business requirements.
- Work on Oracle Finance modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Intercompany, and Project Costing.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Participate in Oracle EBS Finance implementation and enhancement projects.




- Prepare functional design documents, test plans, test scenarios, and test results.
- Perform functional testing and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure strict adherence to SDLC processes, including documentation, quality reviews, approvals, and production migration.
- Support business users and ensure smooth functioning of Oracle EBS Finance applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5–8 years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance Functional.
- Strong hands-on experience in at least two of the following modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Knowledge of Intercompany Accounting and Project Costing.
- Experience in Oracle Finance implementation projects.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and solution design.
- Good understanding of production support, incident management, and enhancement requests.
- Experience in functional testing, test documentation, and SDLC processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience working on Oracle EBS R12.
- Exposure to application maintenance and support projects.
- Ability to independently interact with business users and manage functional requirements.
- Experience working with US-based clients is an added advantage.

Additional Information:

Exp – 5 to 8 years

Shift – 2pm to 11pm

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
