Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified, creative, and enthusiastic Interior Design Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Interior Design principles and practical expertise in SketchUp and other industry-relevant design tools.

The role involves delivering engaging classroom and practical sessions, mentoring students, and contributing to an industry-oriented learning environment.

We welcome applications from professionals interested in a full-time or part-time faculty position, as well as experienced Interior Designers available to conduct guest lectures 2–3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theory and practical sessions in Interior Design as per the academic curriculum.
- Teach SketchUp and related Interior Design concepts through classroom and studio-based learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Guide students in design projects, presentations, and portfolio development.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive, creative, and engaging learning environment.
- Maintain academic records and support departmental activities.
- Collaborate with faculty members on academic initiatives, workshops, and exhibitions.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma,



or equivalent qualification in Interior Design from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching and/or industry experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively mentor and guide students.

Preferred Skills

- AutoCAD
- 3D Modelling and Rendering
- Furniture Design
- Construction and Building Materials Knowledge
- Portfolio Development
- Knowledge of current Interior Design trends and industry practices.

Employment Options

- Full-Time Faculty: Regular, on-site position in Bhopal.
- Part-Time / Guest Faculty: Experienced professionals available to conduct guest lectures 2–3 days per week at the institute are welcome to apply.
