Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers and explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Manage B2B and B2C sales activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers, architects, builders, and contractors.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-up records.

Requirements





- 2–8 years of experience in showroom or retail sales.
- Experience in doors, interiors, building materials, or related products preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales.
- Target-oriented with good convincing skills.

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma
