1. Job Summary

We are hiring Quick Food Team Members with 1–2 years of QSR experience. The candidate will prepare and assemble North Indian and Continental food, take customer orders, handle billing, serve food, and maintain cleanliness.

2. Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation

- Prepare, heat, assemble, and pack food as per company SOPs.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and food quality standards.
- Use kitchen equipment safely.

Customer Service & Billing

- Greet customers, take orders, and serve food quickly.
- Handle POS billing, cash, UPI, and card payments.
- Answer customer questions politely.
- Check orders before serving or packing.

Hygiene & Inventory

- Follow FSSAI guidelines and hygiene standards.
- Follow FIFO and FEFO for proper stock rotation.
- Check food freshness, expiry dates, and storage.
- Clean kitchen counters, equipment, and workstations.
- Help with stock counting, refilling, and wastage control.

Daily Operations





- Help with outlet opening and closing.
- Work with the team during busy hours.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.

3. Requirements

- 1–2 years of QSR experience is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of North Indian and Continental food assembly.
- Knowledge of POS billing, FIFO, FEFO, and food hygiene.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must be hardworking, punctual, and a team player.
- Must be willing and physically able to stand for long hours during shifts, with required breaks.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be flexible to work at any company-operated outlet across Delhi NCR.

4. Shift Timings

- Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Night Shift: 2:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon)

Candidates must be willing to work assigned shifts. Breaks, weekly offs, and overtime will follow company policy and applicable labour laws.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
