Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant to support our US-based CEO from our Ahmedabad office.

Key Responsibilities





Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, emails, and appointments.

Handle daily communication and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal teams.

Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.

Manage administrative tasks and provide day-to-day executive support.

Handle confidential information professionally.

Requirements

Fluency in English , Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory.

Good English communication skills.

Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant is preferred.

Must be comfortable working night shifts from our Ahmedabad office.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
