JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: IIT-JEE / NEET Faculty

Roles & Responsibilities

- To teach respective subjects for IIT-JEE and NEET aspirants as per the latest examination syllabus and pattern.
- To develop strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving abilities among students.
- To prepare structured lesson plans, study materials, notes and practice assignments.
- To conduct regular classes, doubt-clearing sessions and problem-solving discussions.
- To prepare students for competitive examinations through topic-wise and exam-oriented teaching.
- To conduct regular tests, mock examinations and practice sessions.
- To analyse students' performance and provide individual academic guidance.
- To identify students' strengths and weaknesses and plan remedial support accordingly.
- To provide effective strategies for time management, accuracy and examination preparation.
- To prepare and discuss previous years' questions and key examination-based problems.
- To maintain students' academic progress, attendance and performance records.




- To coordinate with the Academic Coordinator and other faculty members for academic planning.
- To motivate students and maintain a competitive yet supportive learning environment.
- To perform any other academic responsibilities assigned by the Principal or Management.

Reporting Authority: Principal / Academic Head / IIT-JEE & NEET Coordinator.

Primary Objective: To provide high-quality competitive examination coaching and develop students' conceptual clarity, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to help them achieve success in IIT-JEE and NEET examinations.

Required Qualification & Experience

- Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject preferred.
- Strong command over the respective subject.
- Previous IIT-JEE / NEET teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and classroom management skills.
- Proven track record of producing competitive examination results preferred.
