Job Overview

Akruti Developer is looking for a motivated and responsible HR Recruiter / HR Executive to manage recruitment activities along with day-to-day HR operations.

The candidate will be responsible for hiring, employee coordination, attendance management, onboarding and maintaining HR records. This role offers practical exposure to multiple HR functions, team coordination and overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups and selection processes.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities and onboarding.

2. HR Operations & Administration

- Maintain daily attendance and employee records.




- Manage leave tracking and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction and exit formalities.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, salary sheets and other HR documents.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR databases and employee files.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate in HR, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, organise work and manage responsibilities independently.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and professional approach.
