Job Summary

Job PurposeEnable data-driven workforce planning and talent decisions by analyzing workforce metrics, generating insights, and supporting business leaders with meaningful workforce analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce metrics such as demand, supply, utilization, hiring trends, attrition, and capacity planning • Understand business context and translate workforce data into meaningful insights and recommendations • Support workforce planning cycles including headcount planning, budgeting, and demand forecasting • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics models • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in workforce data and present insights to stakeholders • Collaborate with business, HR, and recruitment teams to support workforce planning initiatives • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across workforce planning reports • Prepare presentations and communicate insights to stakeholders and leadership

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills • Good understanding of workforce metrics and analytics • Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights • Strong communication and presentation skills • Advanced MS Office skills • Power BI or similar dashboarding tool experience • Ability to understand business context and connect data to business outcomes

Other Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in workforce analytics, business analytics, HR analytics, or consulting
- Experience supporting data-driven decision-making or planning initiatives
- Consulting, analytics, or strategy background preferred

- Bachelor's degree with post-graduation/ MBA background in HR & Analytics
