- Has some experience in content creation, influencer marketing, social media, brand building and production.

- Can take ownership of our creative and marketing ecosystem and scale it with fresh ideas.
- Genuinely loves art, craft and creative experiences and believes in what we're building. Can also add another set of activities that can be incorporated in our studios
- Has the ambition and commitment to build a much bigger brand, rather than just take up another job.

What We Offer:

- Equity & Ownership in the business.
- A Core Leadership Role with genuine decision-making authority.
- The opportunity to shape and scale an emerging consumer brand.
- Flexibility to work remotely on certain days.
- An opportunity to build something meaningful from an already established foundation.
