I'm looking for a Co-Founder for Relaya.

I've been thinking about this for a while, and I think the time has come to bring another founder into the company.

A little context.

Relaya is a healthcare technology company. We've developed software for clinical and hospital operations, including AI-based clinical capabilities and systems that handle real hospital workflows.

This isn't an idea we're planning to build. The technology exists, and we have a hospital already using and paying for it. We've also received interest from more than 20 hospitals and clinics without spending on advertising.

I've built the technology and handled almost every other part of the company myself so far. But there are limits to what one individual can do, particularly when the ambition is to build something considerably larger.

Who am I looking for?

Ideally, someone who has already built or operated a company, or has been responsible for building a substantial part of one.

It could be someone who is currently running a business, someone who has built and managed teams, or even a founder who is now thinking about what they would like to build next.

You don't necessarily need to be technically proficient, or come from healthcare.

What matters more to me is whether you understand how businesses are built, how people are hired and managed, how operations are established, and how to take something that works and turn it into an organization capable of growing.

The responsibilities would broadly involve operations, organizational development, hiring, commercial execution,



hospital implementations, and working together on fundraising and growth.

I would continue as Founder & CEO, leading the company's overall direction, technology, product strategy and key institutional relationships. The idea is to have complementary responsibilities, with considerable independence in the areas each of us handles.

I'm particularly interested in people who are comfortable building things from very little, rather than waiting for resources and structures to already exist.

A few things worth mentioning:

Relaya is early commercially, even though a considerable amount of technology has already been developed.

This would be a genuine equity-based co-founder chance, not a conventional executive vacancy. We don't presently have the financial resources of an established company, and I'd rather be upfront about that.

I'm not expecting someone to necessarily bring capital into the company. The ability to build and execute matters much more.

I'm based in Delhi NCR and would strongly prefer someone in Gurgaon/Gurugram, or someone willing to work closely together in person.

If you've built a company before, or have been considering starting something new, I'd be particularly interested in speaking with you.

There's already a substantial technological foundation here. What I want now is to build the organization around it.
