Role Description The Co-founder & Business Head will be responsible for leading business strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding Lakshya’s service offerings across corporate training, coaching, recruitment, and consulting. This full time remote role involves developing and executing business plans, building and nurturing client relationships, and identifying strategic partnerships and new market opportunities. The role requires overseeing key projects, ensuring quality delivery,



and aligning services with client needs and industry trends.

The Co-founder & Business Head will also manage financial planning, including contributing investment, setting performance targets, and monitoring business metrics. Day-to-day activities include stakeholder engagement, proposal development, team collaboration, and representing the firm in client meetings, networking forums, and industry events.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business leadership, strategy development, and P&L; or business unit ownership.
- Strong background in consulting, corporate training, coaching, HR, or talent acquisition, preferably across multiple sectors.
- Ability to build and manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive business development and sales.
- Experience in remote team collaboration, project oversight, and operational decision-making.
- Comfortable contributing financial investment and working in an entrepreneurial, growth-focused environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a founder, co-founder, or senior leader in a consulting or services firm is an advantage.
