Job Purpose To operate CNC/VMC machines safely and consistently according to approved programs, setup instructions, drawings, and inspection requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC turning and VMC machines using approved programs and setup instructions.
- Load, unload, and clamp components safely.
- Check tools, fixtures, coolant, and machine condition.
- Perform in-process dimensional checks using specified instruments and inspection plans.
- Monitor quality, tool wear, alarms, and abnormal conditions; report issues.
- Maintain output, inspection, and traceability of records.
- Follow work instructions, drawing revisions, 5S, and safety requirements.




- Support cycle-time improvement, scrap reduction, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications Experience Education: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or relevant engineering discipline.

Experience: 2-5 years in CNC/VMC operation.

Key Skills: CNC/VMC operation, secure clamping, dimensional inspection, tool monitoring, production records.
