Key Responsibilities

1. Operate CNC Lathe machines for machining various mould components and precision parts.

2. Perform CNC turning operations as per engineering drawings and specifications.

3. Set up machines, select appropriate tools and perform tool offset adjustments.

4. Read and interpret engineering drawings and component specifications.

5. Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers and Bore Gauges.

6. Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.

7. Monitor machining processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.

8. Identify machining defects and take corrective action.

9. Maintain production records and follow safety procedures.
