Role Description The CNC Machine Operator role at Sitics Logistic Solutions Pvt Ltd is a contract, on-site position based in Coimbatore South. The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include loading and securing materials, adjusting machine settings, performing basic preventive maintenance, and recording production data.

The role involves inspecting finished components for accuracy, identifying defects, and coordinating with supervisors or the quality team to resolve issues.



The CNC Machine Operator will follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and support efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Machine Operation and Machinery handling skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Milling and Machining skills for CNC equipment.
- Candidates should possess effective Quality Control skills for inspecting and measuring finished parts.
- Candidates should have the ability to read technical drawings and use basic measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Candidates should have prior experience as a CNC operator or in a similar machining role; vocational training or certification in machining is an advantage.
- Candidates should be able to work on-site in Coimbatore South and manage shift-based schedules as required.
