Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across clinical services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management methodologies, service development, process improvement, and data analytics. The role involves driving end-to-end project execution, enhancing clinical workflows, improving operational efficiency, and supporting organizational growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery using PMP methodologies and best practices.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk assessments, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Drive clinical and healthcare service development initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights, evaluate performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct requirement gathering, service blueprinting, and process mapping for recent and enhanced healthcare services.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations,



and project updates for senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, stakeholder reviews, and project governance discussions.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives and continuous process improvement programs.
- Support NABH/JCI compliance initiatives and clinical workflow optimization projects.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- PMP Certification or equivalent Project Management Certification is mandatory.

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- At least 2+ years of experience in Service Development, Process Transformation, or Healthcare Projects.
- Experience in hospital operations, clinical transformation, quality improvement, or healthcare consulting will be preferred.
