Role Description This part-time Clinical Therapist role is an on-site position based in Puducherry, India.

The Clinical

Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs. Daily responsibilities include monitoring client progress, documenting sessions and interventions, coordinating case management activities, and collaborating with other professionals and community resources. The role involves offering crisis intervention when needed, maintaining professional and ethical standards, and participating in team meetings, supervision,



and training to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated knowledge in Psychology and Mental Health, including assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions.
- Experience or training in Social Work and Case Management to support clients with practical needs and resource linkage.
- Skills in Family Therapy to work with families, caregivers, and support systems in a collaborative and strengths-based manner.
- Relevant academic background such as a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid licensure or registration (where applicable) and adherence to professional codes of ethics.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Experience in community mental health or similar settings, and comfort working with diverse age groups and backgrounds.
- Ability to maintain skilled boundaries, handle sensitive information confidentially, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
