We are looking for an organised and communicative Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and coordinate day-to-day work between our clients and internal creative and social media teams.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong relationships.





Handle client account management, briefs, approvals and timelines.

Coordinate with design, video and social media teams to deliver work on time.

Communicate project updates, feedback and reports clearly to clients.

Track deliverables, follow up on approvals and resolve client queries promptly.

Support upselling and retention of client accounts.

Required Skills
