1. Supervise and execute day-to-day finishing activities at residential and commercial project sites.

2. Monitor finishing works such as:

- Internal and external plastering.

- Wall putty, primer, and painting.

- Floor and wall tiling.

- Marble and granite installation.

- Doors, windows, and hardware installation.

- False ceiling and gypsum work.

- Waterproofing and related finishing works.

- Plumbing and sanitary fixture installation.

- Electrical fittings and final fixture installation.

1. Ensure all finishing activities are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications.

2. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.

3. Monitor daily work progress and ensure completion within the project schedule.

4. Inspect workmanship and maintain quality standards at every stage.

Identify defects, prepare snag lists, and ensure timely rectification.

6. Check material requirements, consumption, and wastage at the site.

7. Verify measurements and contractor bills as per actual site execution.

8. Maintain daily progress reports and site records.

9. Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and project management.

10. Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the project site.

11. Conduct pre-handover inspections and ensure flats/units are ready for possession.

12. Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure smooth execution of finishing activities.
