About the Project

We are constructing a multi-specialty hospital facility and are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer to take full on-site ownership of structural and finishing works. This project involves specialized healthcare civil execution, including medical gas routing provisions, heavy slab MEP penetrations, radiation-shielded bunker walls, and stringent drainage and floor-leveling requirements. (Note: Do not apply if you don't have experience in supervising labourers)

Crucial Requirement: Direct Labor Management

Our site operates without a general foreman or labor contractor. You will directly supervise, deploy, and manage the site labor workforce every day.

You must be completely comfortable and experienced in:

- Holding morning tool-box briefings and allocating daily tasks directly to trade gangs (bar-benders, shuttering carpenters, masons, concrete crews).
- Enforcing production quotas and monitoring daily man-hour output.
- Resolving labor disputes and enforcing strict site PPE and safety standards firsthand.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Supervision: Lead day-to-day civil construction works in strict compliance with structural and architectural drawings.
- Direct Manpower Control: Plan daily labor allocation across multiple active zones to maintain project timeline milestones.
- MEP & Structural Coordination: Ensure all MEP sleeves, pipe penetrations, inserts, and medical gas cut-outs are placed accurately prior to shuttering close-out and concrete pours.
- Quality & Inspections: Conduct pre-pour checks (bar spacing, lap lengths, cover blocks, formwork rigidity, cleanliness) before raising internal and consultant inspection requests.
- Material & Inventory Tracking: Monitor site deliveries of cement, rebar, RMC, and aggregate to minimize wastage and pilferage.
- Daily Progress Reporting (DPR): Prepare and submit daily labor logs, material consumption records,



and site output summaries to the Project Manager.

Candidate Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of solid on-site civil execution experience (experience on hospital, healthcare, or complex institutional buildings is preferred, but not mandatory).
- Skills: Strong understanding of RCC structures, finishing works, bar bending schedules (BBS), and basic CAD/drawing interpretation.
- Language: Fluent in Hindi and basic English (fluency in the local regional language is a strong advantage for direct labor communication).

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly Salary:
- Female Candidates: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 / month (based on interview & experience)
- Male Candidates: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 / month ( based on interview & experience)
- Weekly Day Off: 2 day off per week (Saturday and Sunday)
