Job Title: Civil Engineer - Warehouse Construction

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer with experience in industrial and warehouse construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, ensuring quality compliance, monitoring project progress, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and supporting timely project delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities for warehouse and logistics park projects.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor structural works including foundations, PCC, RCC, PEB structures, flooring, external works, and infrastructure services.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams.

Quality Management

- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and approved Method Statements.
- Conduct inspections and monitor workmanship quality for civil works.
- Review material approvals, test reports, and quality documentation.
- Implement corrective actions for quality deviations.

Planning & Monitoring

- Track project progress against baseline schedules.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks with mitigation plans.
- Support planning engineers in schedule updates and resource planning.

Contractor Management
- Monitor contractor productivity and site performance.
- Verify quantities executed and certify work progress.
- Participate in contractor review meetings and progress discussions.

Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards and statutory regulations.
- Promote protected construction practices on-site.
- Support safety audits and compliance inspections.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site records, inspection reports, checklists, and project documentation.
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submissions.
- Prepare project status updates for internal and client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3-8 years of experience in industrial, logistics park, manufacturing plant, warehouse, or large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) warehouse projects preferred.
