Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Pipeline Engineer to manage and supervise pipeline construction activities at project sites. The candidate should have hands-on experience in pipeline laying, execution, site supervision, quality control and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day pipeline construction and laying activities.
- Handle pipeline alignment, excavation, trenching, bedding and pipe-laying works.
- Ensure proper installation, jointing, alignment and laying of pipelines as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor backfilling, compaction and reinstatement activities.
- Coordinate with surveyors for pipeline alignment, levels and measurements.
- Ensure work execution as per project drawings, BOQ and technical specifications.
- Monitor manpower,



machinery and material requirements at the site.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site measurements and work records.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors and client representatives.
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are followed during pipeline execution.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
- Assist in preparing RA bills, quantity measurements and other project documentation.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in pipeline construction and execution.
- Knowledge of pipeline laying, excavation, trenching and backfilling.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Knowledge of site measurements and quantity calculations.
- Experience in manpower and site management.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.

Preferred candidates: Those with practical experience in water supply pipelines, irrigation pipelines, underground pipelines and infrastructure pipeline projects.
