Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute civil and structural construction activities at the Metro Project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
- Coordinate site activities related to RCC, PCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete pouring, and structural works.
- Monitor daily progress and achieve project targets within the scheduled timeline.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), manpower reports, and material requirement reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, site supervisors, and project management teams.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards and safety requirements.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, concrete work, and other construction activities before execution.
- Maintain site records, measurement sheets, and work completion documentation.




- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Metro, Railway, Bridge, or Structural Construction Projects.
- Good knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete works, and structural drawings.
- Ability to handle site execution and manpower management independently.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, BOQ, and measurement procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
