Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Civil BOQ and Estimation Specialist – Online Telugu Trainer. The trainer will deliver online sessions in Telugu on topics related to civil engineering quantity takeoff, bill of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimation, using digital tools and training platforms.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, creating practical examples and exercises, conducting live classes, resolving learner doubts, and assessing participant progress. The role also involves updating training materials to reflect current industry practices, collaborating with the SkillDzire team to improve course quality,



and providing constructive feedback to learners to enhance their employability.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts, including BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost estimation.
- Experience with relevant tools and software used in civil estimation (e.g., MS Excel, AutoCAD basics, estimation software is an advantage).
- Ability to teach and communicate complex technical topics clearly in Telugu, with good command of English for documentation and coordination.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or academic instruction, preferably in an online or blended learning setting.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills in a virtual setting.
- Reliable internet connection, familiarity with online meeting platforms, and basic digital literacy.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline; relevant industry experience in BOQ and estimation is highly desirable.
- Commitment to learner success, a structured approach to teaching, and willingness to update content based on industry trends.
