Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef to prepare authentic Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes, maintain food quality, manage kitchen preparation, and ensure smooth café kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes.
- Handle noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, soups, starters, and main-course preparations.
- Manage daily kitchen preparation and mise en place.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes.




- Monitor ingredient stock and kitchen requirements.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
- Follow food safety and storage procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food service.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper inventory.
