We’re hiring a Chief Technology Officer for our client, a fintech company.

As the Chief Technology Officer, your responsibilities would be:

- Own the overarching technology vision, enterprise architecture, and modernization roadmap for the Digital Transaction Banking platform.
- Lead enterprise architecture across cloud-native, microservices-based, and event-driven banking platforms.
- Ensure the platform achieves world-class scalability, resilience, high availability, observability, and robust security for global corporate banks.
- Provide hands-on engineering guidance, steering development teams through architectural decisions and code-level problem-solving.
- Govern enterprise architecture standards and partner with customer CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, and regulators on major digital transformation programs.
- Drive the adoption of AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) practices and AI tooling across engineering teams to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements

- 20+ years in enterprise technology leadership, software engineering, enterprise architecture, and large-scale transformation.
- Deep domain expertise in transaction banking, covering payments, cash and liquidity management, virtual accounts, and trade finance.




- Extensive background in J2EE/Java enterprise application architecture combined with cloud-native, microservices, and containerized deployments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling mission-critical, secure banking platforms within highly regulated global environments.
- Solid expertise in API-first design, open API banking, enterprise integration, and DevSecOps pipelines.
- Demonstrated leadership in adopting AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) methods and modern engineering tooling.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence CXOs, enterprise architects, and regulators.
